I have no issues when I arrive. This is the only location I go to rent cars. Tia is the best and their is also a white male I don't have his name down yet, but he always nice.
Always a great experience. This location has made me a National customer for life. Incredible customer service, and frequent upgrades are a great perk.
When we arrived the car was not clean so we waited for over 15 min, and we could not upgrade since there was not anything available to take. Back tire on passenger side kept losing air pressure.
It was difficult for the air to circulate to the back part of the car so it would get hot.

We would have liked to have been able to upgrade to a large SUV for this long trip.
In the past we always had fantastic customer care and excellent selection available to choose from. Truly would like to see this return. We've been a long term customer for many years.
lady working over there is extremely rude. I will never go there. Awful customer service. I rented car for 1 week and applied 20off for 1 week coupon. But extended my rental and lady over there told me that she can't apply the coupon to next week and she told that national never does that. She thinks that customers are dumb and they have to listen what ever they say. Initially she told me that they will give ride to me to go home and after I started saying that if its 20 off per 1 week it should be applied to second week as well. She gave me very rude reply and denied ride saying that they won't offer ride. I always rent car from enterprise and I am very very happy with their service. When I told her that national is enterprise subsidiary and I've enterprise gold membership, she told me that it's customer service is not like enterprise because it's not in an extremely rude way. I will never hire from national again. If u guys wanna hire better stay away from this branch.
