it was fast and great service, the rep. was high spirits and friendly. it wasn't a bait n switch. what i reserved was what i got when i got there to pick up my vehicle.

They keep one side of the double doors locked which is always annoying when it jams your wrist. Gas wasn't filled to full so I had to wait 15 minutes. Friendly staff though. convenient location.
