What ever the case it should have been told at the time of booking.it ruined all my plans.
It's small. Located inside of the dealership. Was having problems with system. It took long because they were short handed. But other than that the employees was friendly and helpful. Always worked with me. I would visit this establishment again.
I rented a car last minute to travel out of town for a family emergency. I was given excellent customer and the agent (Daniel) was so understanding and went the extra mile to help me out even though I came a day early for my reservation. Needless to say my experience was great and Daniel did a awesome job.
I booked the car yesterday at 2pm after calling this location.lady booked my car & I asked her for comprehensive insurance.she finalize my deal.pickup was at 5pm.I reached there at 5:30.guy at the counter said that I have to pay an other 150 $ for third party insurance.I was showked bcz I was short of time.he said this is mandatory.
Really a great place and cheaper compared to other locations in houston staff were really good and Mike was really a great person helped me effectively and real quick , I would love keep coming back without fail
