Very seldom can you say a car rental place especially by the airport gave you the best experience ever. Well, it happened to me and it was because of Michelle La Folette, the Service Manager. She fixed our little rental hiccup without any issues and was the sweetest customer-friendly professional I've ever met. I've rented from 4 out of all the car rental places I've used and our first rental w Alamo will certainly not be the last! Thank you Michelle! :)
Service was great as well as the customer service. The one thing I disliked was that the rep tried to upgrade me to a "nicer" vehicle without telling me it would be more money - as if it was going to be free of charge. Overall service was great though.
I've been going here every week for the past year and a half. It's a great experience so long as you don't have to interact with staff. Don't even try to contact management, it goes to voicemail and they never return your call. Give up on ever getting anything from lost and found.
Outstanding, compassionate staff at IAH! After a challenging trip, the staff was genuinely concerned that I had a good rental experience. Very personable group of professionals. I have been having very good experiences with Hertz for the past several years.
Enjoyed the Infinity QX60 during our rental. Although we upgraded upon pick up and paid $200 more for a better vehicle, the service we received at the counter and in the terminal was first rate. My father traveled for cancer treatment so it was better for him to be comfortable and they made sure to bring the car to us rather than having to walk the lot for it. Car was beautiful and I wanted to keep it!
