I will NEVER rent here again.
I do not write reviews, but this is the worst!! Charged us for insurance that we said we did not want!! And then check my account and was charged more than just insurance!!! Was supposed to be charged $200 and ended up being charged $550!!! That's a HUGE difference!! Never again will I rent from Dollar!
Good customer service and the prices for rental was great at the time.
This place is full of crooks and terrible service! No one was helpful, the company automatically jacks up rates without informing you even though they are "supposed to", and I'm pretty sure their downtown location by the medical center doesn't exist considering the address they kept giving me is for the football stadium.
I went to the dollar rental off of JFK by bush intercontinental airport and my experience both times has been amazing. Tina is very friendly, patient, and she provides great customer service. When I would be just 5-10 minutes late due to traffic for picking up my car or even returning, she never say on no we can't accept or you are passed the deadline she helps with everything. Its great to see a person with a smile on they face every time you walk in. Best place to go.
Great service. David at the Inter-Continental service desk was very accommodating and polite. Great prices.?
Also after asking customer service several times and being told that there was no afterhours drop off at the airport- I showed up at 12am because I had a 5am flight only to find out that they do allow you to drop off 24hrs a day.
