They could have done this even before without having me waiting..
Good rental price and service! We were picked up to get the rental car. Enterprise was priced better for this area compared to several other rental companies that I checked. No hidden charges on taxes or possible early return charge. We dropped off at the airport and didn't mind paying a reasonably priced drop off charge. Alecia followed up on our rental experience. Good timing on the first call as she was able to help make sure we had the right drop off address and directions to the airport. We enjoyed a brand new car from this location for part of our trip.

The guys provided great customer service. I called ahead time to let the location know that I was going to be picking up car later than what I made the reservation for due to being exhausted. There was no problem they stated so they pushed my pickup time ahead because with it being a holiday weekend they could have easily gave the car to someone else since they were over booked.
Unless you absolutely have to come to this location, come here. To pick up my rental took about 45min and to drop off another 45min just for them to say that I could leave and they would send me a receipt. I had to head to work so I left. Not very pleased with this location. One person here is great but the other, not so helpful.
Just waited for nothing and also got into Traffic on my way to Dallas..
Poor Customer service.. My reservation was at 4 pm - I came early around 2:30 pm for my pickup and was fine with any car that was availabke..
My last rental from this place..
But the representative said, I had to wait until 4 pm and finally they got me a car from the nearby location @ Travis just a block away..
Is this how you have your customers wait? Can't you not even provide any alternatives?
