Very smooth purchase of my Giant
I never write reviews but I had such a great experience at Urban Bicycle Gallery. I haven't ridden a bike in 10 years but I want to start commuting to work. My salesperson, Ross, was extremely helpful and patient with my lack of bike knowledge, without being condescending. He pointed me towards the basic no-frills bikes, which is all I need. He didn't try to upsell AT ALL which was very welcome. I'm also short (5'2") and they had a great selection of XS-size bikes, which a lot of other stores don't carry. I spent less than I expected on a bike that is perfect for me, and it was a great experience. Strongly recommend going here if you want friendly, great service and great selection.
