The location at 11105 Westheimer is horrible . Drove here and the store closers at 7 but it’s 6:56pm and they have locked there doors.
There are lots of bike shops in Houston. Go to one where they will actually help you.
Poor customer service. Will not come here again. This was actually the 2nd time I had been here. The first time they had poor customer service and then this time they did again.
Helpful and kind staff. Expensive but quality stuff. What a bike shop should be.
