This place is full of friendly professionals who know what they are taking about. Bring any wheel - in my case stroller wheels mostly- and they will get you rolling along! Very reasonable prices.
Now bear in mind that this was about 11 am, on a thursday, and very busy on the sales floor. But it was also 2 days before Christmas Eve, and there were a lot of bikes being prepped and repaired for the big day. I honestly expected to have to come back in a day or two to pick it up! The charge for everything was very reasonable. There are no bike shops near my home, and I had to drive over 30 miles to get there, but I am so pleased with the whole experience that I will never use anyone else again!
Solid bike shop. They have a few locations around Houston. They stay pretty busy. Make sure you ask how long a repair or service might take on your bike. They'll do their best to give you a good estimate on time and price. They have a nice selection of bikes and styles to choose from and all of the accessories you need.
Amazing service! We went to get an entry level bike for my wife and they were patient enough to let her try and retry many times a few bikes. We narrowed down to two bikes and she rode them both for about an hour! The staff was super friendly and supportive. Prices are kind of standard, but the service and the products display are really good.
So glad I bought my bike from this location. The employees are so nice and helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what need. It's hard to find this kind of customer service anywhere else these days!
I brought in a used bike I bought as a Christmas present to get new tubes put on, and to give it an all points checkup. Jim helped me almost immediately. He said it would only take about 30 minutes or so, so I said I would come back after lunch. We came back an hour later, and it was ready and waiting to go! I am thoroughly impressed with Jim. He is fast and knows his stuff. He's also a really nice guy.
