I had an absolutely amazing experience with Andy. He was incredibly helpful getting me set up with an awesome bike and everything I needed to go with it. He had my bike built (well, the service guy did, sorry I didn't catch your name!) in about 30 minutes. While we were waiting for the bike he caught me up on the various services and rides offered by the shop. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. (sorry about all the 1's guys!!!)
Relationship between customer and the shop is to build on loyalty which I did not see. The bicycle world were running a reward program which also is stopped. One side you ask to spend and earn and when you spend they stop the program and start a new program. They might have all the rights to do so but you don't build loyalty with it. Customer is first whether they buy or not but behaving rudely is not acceptable. I hope they improve on that as some of the staff seem to have issue with that.
Five star service start at curbside when Andy came out to help me bring my bike inside. The world-class service included expert recommendations, top-shelf service and great pricing. I plan to make the store a regular stop.
My bf and I went in to get a rough estimate of prices for actual good bikes and we ended walking out with two bikes one mountain and one road. The staff was very attentive and they are fun. I HIGHLY recommend this store. Thank you to Sin for having patience with us :)
