These guys were great!! James has some of the best patience Ive ever seen!! He stayed over and hour or more after closing assisting me with my purchase. Mario was originally helping me some weeks ago but was not there. Mario saw me on three different days ha ha and still made time to show me all options. They are highly professional and recommend by me!!
I bought my 1st real bike here many years ago...the service was great then and still is..a young guy named Marco helped me get an AWSOME new bike and we set it up with a few great accessories...the price was great...this is a GREAT store..any negative reviews on this place is totally unfair and unjustified..in an united states AIRFORCE veteran and i was treated with AWSOME customer service and respect..I will never go to any other bike shop EVER....keep up the great work Marco..
The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable in their field, great group of guys. They will do whatever possible to see you leave the store a satisfied customer. They have a fantastic selection of bikes and the prices are very reasonable in relation to quality; you'll get more than you pay for here than elsewhere. Nothing but good things to say about this crew. In addition, it's a great location, being right off the bike trail at the bayou. 11/10
Purchased my first Houston bike here a week ago and just greatly appreciated how I was treated and how much time was spent explaining various bike options to me. I also felt the price was very good compared to other shops, so on my second visit I decided to get my bike here. I could try it out, ask questions and it was fitted to work for me. I got all necessary accessories too. And now I'm super happy with my bike. Most importantly, I felt valued as a customer (and non-bike expert) and based on this I always decide where I buy. I have been a loyal customer for 15 plus years. I now live over an hour away and still only take my bicycle to this shop. I tried others like Bike Barn, but they just try and upsell you on a new bicycle instead of just fixing your flat.
