If your sign says you're open, you're open. I brought my bike in for a simple repair, and they couldn't do it because the register was closed. They could have performed the five-minute repair, took my money, and then ring it up in the morning. Nope. Insted they chose to turn my business away.
What a fantastic bike shop! These guys are so personable, friendly, and helpful. I’m new to the area and came in to look over and repair my road bike tire. They had some other bikes to repair, but immediately and efficiently identified and repaired my bike. Prices are excellent! I will definitely be coming back to this shop.
