During high traffic days expect to wait to be seen, (plan ahead and go during off hours if possible) but when you do get your turn you will be taken care of very well.
As a Trek 3700 owner, I had a need to upgrade parts and purchase accessories, but when I read these reviews I became very concerned about the level of service I would receive from this location. I’m glad I went in; the staff was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. And, the inventory of biking essentials was most impressive. Perhaps the bloggers caught them on a bad day (still no excuse for poor customer service, though); however, would recommend making your own visit – like I did – and make up your own mind. Aloha.

I went in yesterday to buy a road bike and was very impressed with the service and selection. My sales person was very helpful and spoke to me in laymen terms and not bike shop talk like the shop i went to first. Ladies this is the place to buy a bike! i will be back for sure
