Brought my cat here for a horrible urinary problem. Wait was long, but that is normal for any medical facility. What made me give this review is that they tried to charge me $400 for an X-ray, and then lied to me about the prescription they gave me. When I asked specifically for a pain medication for my cat, the vet tech told me that zobuxa is a combination antibiotic and pain medication. In my desperation to get some relief for my poor cat, who has been peeing pure blood every 2 minutes all night, I took the medication. Upon arriving home, administering it and calming down long enough to look it up, I found that it is only an antibacterial, and does absolutely nothing for pain. I am now sitting in the bathroom with my cat, watching her continue to pace, lick herself, and urinate tiny blood spots all over the room. I will never come to this vet again, and neither should you.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. My puppy got hit by a car, we rushed her to them with her paw heavily bleeding toenails ripped off and they took her back. They than informed me it would be 1000 dollars that they wanted up front just to run X-rays and give medicine (that's with nothing further included). While trying to get approved for a care credit and waiting for the guy that hit her to come and pay she continued to sit back there with no medicine and continuing to bleed. After 45 minutes I got in touch with another hospital that was willing to help and informed me that price was tremendous and regardless they will get her started on medicine and stop the bleeding. When I informed them I will be going else where they tried to charge me a fee of 100 dollars for the doctor "looking at her". (Mind you they have done nothing for her but let her sit there) The staff was very rude once they heard I could not give 1000 dollars up front not willing to work with me on anything. If you are in dire need of help or in a emergency I highly recommend skipping this facility. The other location I went to stopped the bleeding did x rays put her in a brace and pain meds for a total of 453 dollars. Do NOT bring your animal here!! Rude staff and they only care about the money.! If I could give them 0 stars I would!
I was a walk-in on Sunday- a time which is usually busy, and was seen within an hour or so. The staff and technicians were very helpful, and they were realistic about pricing, offering me a quote before each treatment.
Great Dr. & staff. They have high respect for animals. They took care of our four legged baby right away while we waited to get a room. I highly recommend this place.
We brought our beloved cat here as an emergency...the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our Mini had to be put to sleep due to illness but the compassion and empathy the staff showed that night to our entire family made saying our goodbyes a little easier... They allowed us all the time we needed and we never felt pressured. Thank you Sunset for the heartwarming card...
