I have been bringing my pets here for about 30 years. I have gotten great care. Dr. Gregory is an excellent replacement for Dr. Pryor who has retired. You are never rushed in and out. They take the time to explain everything to you. An awesome place.
Noticed that at the edge of the roll linoleum was curling up in the exam room. There was black a substance accumulated where flooring had curled up. The area in question can not be cleaned. The area is obviously where animals relieved themselves and never cleaned.
They took great care of my cat, Paprika. Very nice people as well.
I have known Dr. Gregory for a number of years and trust him implicitly. We followed him when he moved to the Kirkwood Veterinary Hosptial. I would not take my pet to anyone else. The physicians and staff at Kirkwood are fantastic. They are kind, caring, and attentive to the pets and their owners. I am always been greeted with a warm and friendly smile even when Roscoe is the first appointment of the day. I have never waited more than 5 minutes before being called into a room. The Assistants are pleasant and make the weighing, general assessment, making sure necessary tests are completed. The Assistants and Faculty listen and answer my questions. They always provide advice and appropriate information. Want a fantastic Vet experience? Go see Dr. John and his associate!
Came to get annual shots. Left with my dog that now can't bark due to something that happened in back exam room. The noise my dog made sounded as if he was being choked!!!!l I will not recommend this place to anyone. I will recommend you never let your pet out of your site at any veterinary hospital.
The doctor is always very interested in the well being of my dogs, and often suggest cheaper, alternative solutions instead of just meds, for example, he suggest Tumeric ($5.99 at Kroger) for my older dog's joints.
