Absolutely fantastic
Very disappointed, when I complained Dr. Roberts (Thomas) called me and screamed at me, several month later Dr. Halbrook talked down to me, like I am a schoolgirl, they don't like it when you complain. Now I got ripped off by $410.- dollar, it is enough. They are not as nice as they start out to be, I had their Vet Tech get mad at me, I don't need that. I did spend a lot of money there. Hope they are happy with it. Screaming and talking down and ripping of the customer is not they way to do business, I told them that. I am not some Idiot of the street, I don't need people like that. Also when I told them in an email that, yes the Rabies Vaccination is by law, but there is no exam required by law and there Office Mgr. send me an email, saying YES we have to exam. No not by law.
They are great, always go out of their way to be friendly and do what's best for your pet.
