I took my 8 year old Rottweiler, K.C., for emergency care (surgery). The service that we received was exceptional. The staff and the doctor were patient, thorough and caring. I felt that they went the extra mile to ensure that my girl was taken care of. Thank you Dr. Garza and Staff for making a terribly trying situation bearable.
I had to take my Beloved Zack to be put to sleep. Garza Vet Clinic was VERY affordable. Dr Garza, Sat on the floor with me and not only comforted me, but petted, talked to and was very calm with my pet. He and his staff were so caring to my Zack. After a week, I received a sympathy card from his clinic, every one on staff had signed it including Dr Garza this act, to me means a lot and I will be happy to take my pets to him for his care. Although this was one of the saddest things I have ever had to do, I can say meeting Dr Garza and his Staff has been a blessing. Thank you Garza Veterinary Clinic for being my sunshine after the rain.
Dr.Garza took such good care of my little baby. You can tell everyone there likes animals and is so nice! I had an emergency with my dog and they were the only ones who took her in without an appointment. The pricing is very reasonable too! Great office. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants great care for their pets!
Wow i was considering bringing my puppy her but after carefully reading the reviews i have reconsidered. Just an FYI...(if you want to keep business and loyal patients don't make rude sarcastic, unprofessional responses to your loyal patients) This is something every practice manager should now. You do not go in detail about your patient visit on a review. You say your staff would never be rude ha ha. Go back and carefully review your responses. You must be the doctors relative for him to allow you to talk to his patients owners this way.
First time I brought my two kittens in, they were very friendly and the medicine they gave us helped them recover. However, when I tried to bring them in around 11:30 on a Saturday, I was told that they took their last customer at 11. I understand weekends are busy, but how are you gonna stop taking customers 2 hours before closing time? Very disappointed.
