Our vet here always puts in %110 to give the best possible help to the patient. While this can make the wait a little longer, there couldn't exist a more thorough and helpful service
Great place for your 4 legged friend, great customer service or should I say great animal service! They do care, its all about your pets health and not about the money, very, very affordable.
Been coming here 13 years. I have had good and not so happy moments with them. Seems like when there is an obvious known issue, they handle it well. But they seem to struggle when something isnt clear. Ive had misdiagnosed issues several times which took many visits for them to figure out. A few times I felt like they're trying to be salesman rather than veterinarians. But I've also been to other vets with this same issue of misdiagnosing and maybe not testing or offering to test enough. So my rating is based on they're flexible hours and successful visits.
Make sure you sign in otherwise the girl at the front desk Catherine, I believe, will ignore you even when you’re the only one. I had to leave after scheduling an appointment and walking in when a customer was covering the sign in sheet, so I didn’t see it. I quietly sat down to wait for her to finish, she ignored me, answered the phone even put them on hold never acknowledging my presence. I noticed the sheet once someone walked in after me and she wanted to help them until I spoke up asking if I was going to be checked in and she proceeded to help them after telling me to sign in, so I left never to return. Rude, ignorant, and waste of my time.
The service here is friendly and the examinations are thorough, but this clinic is more expensive than others I have visited with my pets. The most basic examination plus the basic annual vaccines for your dog will cost around $150. Depending on the medications you choose for flea and heart worm prevention, you will spend close to $300 for one year's worth of dog medicine. While the medications were about the same price here as they are on petmeds, the higher examination and vaccine costs on top of that may leave you with some sticker shock. It's something to think about if you have more than one animal to care for.
