I have been at kindred spring for about a month now. I'm here because I had my toe amputated on my left foot. I was here a year ago and chose to come back for the healing process. I am receiving wound care services and have completed 19 HBO treatments. I have been very impressed with the wound care team. They are really nice and take care of business. They come in and do their job well. I like that they have the HBO treatments. I really feel like it is helping me heal. The rest of the staff is real nice as well. When I ask for anything they are quick to get it for me. If you come here you will go relax. They keep everything in place and take good care of you.
Number 1, The food here is substantially better than the other two facilities I was at before I was transferred here. Number 2, the care is good. The nurses and PCA's are very nice, helpful and friendly. The whole team watches over me. On a 1 to 10 scale, I give them a 10. I really appreciate that since this is the longest I have ever been in the hospital.I've only been home for three weeks in the last 5 months. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. Out of the other two places that I had been to before this one, this by far ranks superior.
The rehab department is fabulous! It did not matter if I was working with therapy at the time or not, they were always willing to help.
I came to this hospital for rehabilitation after a hospital stay at a larger local hospital to get stonger. I feel like they have done a great job because after about two and a half weeks, I am already almost ready to go home. I like that I am free to walk around the hospital and go outside. It makes me feel more at home and that I am not confined to my room. All the staff here is very concerned about how I am doing and always remind me to be careful when I walk around the halls. All of the nurses and cna's who work here are so pleasant. I love to get therapy. They make it so fun. It's never boring in there. If you need therapy this is definitely the place to come to. I promise you will really enjoy it.
I have visited this facility several times during a family members stay. The nurses were great and gave amazing care. From housekeeping to administration the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Kindred Spring to anyone.
