Just die, its easier than dealing with the nightmare that is Park Place. In 2015 my husband went into the emergency room and they did a "blood test" and gave him a saline IV before releasing him about an hour and a half later. 6 months later our account was sent to collections and reported on our credit as delinquent yet Park Plaza never even sent a bill. They engage in predatory practices like debt parking so they dont have to deal with billing. They dont bother sending you a bill then they just send it to a collections agency. Then once your account is sent to collections you cannot properly deal with any of the charges. More than $10,000 and two years later and we are still getting mystery bills and having random accounts from them sent to collections. When they did a simple "blood test" they tested for an entire litany of illicit drugs that were not relevant at insane costs (some single tests run were hundreds of dollars by themselves). You cannot deal with their billing department at all because they just transfer your bills to a collection agency. If you go here you will will be scammed with useless tests and insane lab costs and then you will be sent to collections so you cant dispute anything or you have to risk ruining your credit. I wouldnt send my dog to this hospital much less a human. Just die, its easier. They will bleed you for money for YEARS to come.
I take my Love One there often. They're pretty good. But what Idiot ordered the 51 signs at the entrance?
I wrote a review a couple months ago... The billing department attempted to park my bill so they could send me to collections after I requested them to send a bill to my apartment several times. Weeks later the billing department resolved the issue and began accepting my payments... Now with one payment left I get a notice from their collections firm again. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office. This place is unethical at all stops. Avoid.
I have tried for three days to make an appointment for an ultrasound. The first day, I called twice and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I went online, and filled out a form for someone to call me. No one did. The second day, I called, and gave my information to a person who told me that someone would call me back. They did not. The third day, I called, and made an appointment, but the location was not given. I called back and reached a competent scheduler who gave me a better time and at the location that I preferred. One out of three is not a good evaluation. The administration needs to do more training on best practices.
Get with it and have someone that knows what they're doing order the signs
I was admitted to the hospital with a very serious cardiac infection. The staff here was very attentive and kind. The food was outstanding - I had heard jokes about hospital food since I was little about that but not here. The nursing staff was very caring and nobody was unconcerned or lazy. My room was cleaned each day, sometimes twice daily. The staff gave me warmed blankets in a testing room that was cold. They warm up the ultrasound gel before putting cold liquid on your body :) It is the little things that make a difference in this hospital and how you get to know the staff and feel the personal attention is why you would want to be cared for in this environment rather than at one of the medical center's larger facilities.
51 signs mean you can't carry a gun in that establishment because 51% of their income is derived from the sale of Alcohol. I keep looking around and can't find the Club in there.
