This is an awefully ran hospital that would be a perfect place to get away with something like this.

INVOLVES SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD: The nurses and staff are NOT equipped and trained to work with special needs people or children. It is difficult enough to get a normal developing child to understand what is happening in a scary situation, its even HARDER for a child with special needs. The nurse proceeded to simply YELL at the child thinking that the child was just being difficult, when in reality she was just terrified. THEN she proceeded to simply say "there's nothing we can do, she cries too much". It was a horrible experience and traumatizing for the child. We have had other incidents at this hospital, like the nurses giving the patient medication that the patient was HIGHLY allergic to then saying "sorry". Then they proceeded to send the SAME medication home with the patient. Do not come here, there are plenty of other hospitals up the road, this place is VERY dangerous and the nurses are poorly trained in the ER.

A employee girl from Mac Donald's is here at the ER guessing cooking grease was spilt on her. Poor girl is crying in pain and still waiting to be seen!!!! She only being seen to discuss her insurance plan... Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I have had one child birthed at this hospital as well as an Emergency Ectopic Pregnancy in which they quickly took care of me. The care was phenomenal and I would never choose to go anywhere else because of my positive experiences here. Thank you Southeast Hermann Memorial!

@ 6:43pm 10/17/17. IT IS NOW 8:00PM AND STILL HASN'T HAD A ROOM!!!! BUT THEY WANNA JUMP FAST TO SEE HIS INSURANCE!!! REALLY COME ON. Staff is ok it's just this DAMN service!!!!

All around aweful hospital. While visiting mother in law, I saw a bunch of things that made me hope I never end up there.

I think a nurse tried to kill my mother in law. She had been admitted a couple days earlier because of a kidney infection. Nurse gave an injection into IV. After 2-3 minutes she said she felt weird. Then about 5 minutes later she crashed. They got her heart started again after 3 minutes. She had no heart issues. She was not even in ICU. She was expected to be released in less than 18 hours. There was no indication of anything that caused her heart to stop, before or after. They released her 30 hours after the incedent. They were like "good luck with whatever stopped your heart, we have no idea what caused it, if it happens again let us know". I chalked it up to another crappy thing about this hospital and let it go.

Avoid at all cost.

I'm sorry, but this place is a joke. My father was in a accident i met up with him in the ER

I let it go, thinking I was parinoid, until today when I saw the nurse in Germany doing the same thing. Now I am sure this nurse is killing people. Don't remember nurse's name.

This is the WORST hospital ever! My dad and grandfather died because of these idiots i almost died once here. i got forced into coming over here today with stomach pain KNOWING how they are and just trying to get help and be positive. While waiting to get a cat scan they took me out of my room and put me in a chair. I just needed to lay down to get the pressure off my kidneys. But no, they wanted to keep pumping me up with morphine. One of the doctors was threatening me telling me i ONLY had two options, sit up in pain and take more narcotics or sign pprwrk to leave and he'll call the cops on me because they gave me narcotics. Laying down would do just fine. They've given me morphine 3 times now in a 3-4 hour period. I'm still hurting and I'm still sitting up. I hope this place gets shut down and the few working here that actually care find a better place to work. This place is miserable and a joke. They truly are a bad apple of Herman memorial.
