Treatment for overdose of Tylenol was timely and accurate. Referral to another facility was made. Looks nice and food is ok. Feels like a hotel. No psychiatric help or timely evaluations. Prepare to wait for days if it falls on weekend and holidays!

Today I had a tonsillectomy at this campus. Not only did I have an amazing surgeon, but the hospital staff was great as well. The people who help when you check in on the second floor are so nice and compassionate. I wish I knew the name of the man who helped. Next, the nurses and anesthesiologist were nice and helpful. Always answering any questions I had without hesitation. Even in recovery and discharge they had great attitudes and manners. They even keep my mom up to date on everything while she was in the waiting room. She was extremely concerned because this was my first "major" surgery and I have type 1 diabetes. I would easily recommend Dr. Shen and this hospital for any procedure. (Though I have been to their ER a few years ago and didn't have a good experience)
I actually had a great experience when it came to having my daughter at this hospital....So when i wasn’t feeling well & my pain wasn’t going away i told my husband to take me to this hospital instead of the one right by our house, i was put in a room that had the tables for check ups at regular doctor offices which was extremely uncomfortable on top of the stomach pain i was already having. NOT one nurse seemed to care about my comfort. And i got to the point where i just told them everything they wanted to hear so i could just leave and be home in the comfort of my bed. Shout out to the custodian who asked if i wanted a blanket & actually took some time from her day to make me smile when i was in so much pain. She deserves 5 stars, no one else.
Seriously... Called the office and made an appointment. Confirmed appointment a few days later. Two days prior the office called to cancel and said the doctor had a "mandatory meeting" to attend to.
This is by far THE WORST experience I have ever had at any hospital ER. The nurses are rude and obviously inexperienced and the patient liason is highly unprofessional. The staff are just standing around. When you ask questions, they just stare blankly at you. I sat in the waiting room for 5 hours and still had not been seen. When I checked in I asked how long the wait would be. No one came out and explained why there was such a wait. I am utterly disappointed. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Department of State Health Services.
Okay.. so my appointment was optional? They offered the next available appointment the next week but I had already planned my week around this appointment. No customer service, no helpful people just cold hearted I don't care at all attitudes.
I was told by their office manager that, " yeah we cancel appointments frequently"
