Terrible horrible awful
Very disappointing. Came off as very professional originally. They were the highest quote of the 4 I got so I figured they would be better. I was wrong.

Don’t be fooled by the other good reviews like I was – I’m not sure if they are under new management or got a whole new (terrible) crew or what. I used them for a patch job several years ago and was very pleased; I’ve more recently, however, had my whole roof replaced by them and it’s been terrible! Horrible! Awful! I had about a 4 x 3-foot section of ceiling collapse in a closet because of water coming in during Harvey. I also have water damage on the ceiling in another room. Keep in mind that I had ZERO issues in these areas before the roof was replaced. I’m in a townhouse community and the entire community had the roofs replaced by these guys and many people are having leaking issues that they did not have prior to the roofs being replaced by Precision Roof Crafters. Trying to get them to come out to fix anything has been nearly impossible. They say they’ve been swamped with Harvey. Every time I talk to them I explain that I certainly hope they are giving priority to fixing issues that are under warranty over taking on new work. Either they are not doing that, or they have two months’ worth of backlog on responding to leaks in roofs they installed. When my insurance adjuster came out, he had a roof guy with him who said they did not do a good job and that it looked like they didn’t even replace the flashing. I could go on for quite a while, but I’ve already wasted a lot of time and energy with this company. Please don’t give your hard-earned money to Precision Roof Crafters – they do not deserve it
13. 3 months in and the shingles have not leveled out. Maybe because I did this in winter and haven't had a real round of heat, but still doesn't seem right.
10. Dormer siding was broken off and covered with glue that looks horrible.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Do not use this company. Our roof, as well as our neighbor's roofs were done terribly. When we all complained, they said..."we didn't do that, or that is because of this, nothing that we did". Our roof leaks, but it's not their fault. And do not say you have never visited my home, like I have seen on other's comments. You have been to every home in our entire community, multiple times. Horrible.
9. Wood repair areas between the roof and siding they replaced were not even painted to cover the joints or the nails.
6. Spray painted parts of the roof because they were too lazy to cover the shingles before painting.
The only positive I can say is they did a great job at cutting the slots for the ridge vent and filling up the holes from the whirlybirds.
5. Sliced through a nice water hose.
2. Destroyed my new gutters. I don't have a lot, but they bent up multiple areas and managed to rip out one of the supports.
7. Been a few months and have found about 30 nails left behind so far. 2 in the driveway.
UPDATE: After posting my review online, the owner contacted me directly and was very apologetic. Said he would do anything to make it right. Felt he meant it from a personal perspective more than a money or review side. Obviously there are some things that cannot be corrected now. The manager for my project had been let go soon after my experience. My busy schedule and the weather hasn't allowed everything to be correct yet, but felt I needed to upgrade from 1 to 3 stars in the interim. Mistakes happen, how you handle them is what matters.
Overall, all I can say is initial looks are not everything. Between no communication, the damage and the lack of desire to fix any of of the issues, find a better company.
UPDATE 2: DON'T USE! Even though the owner called and apologized and said he would make everything right, he didn't. He said he would have the window fixed the next weekend, well it took 3 weeks, but at least that was fixed. Everything else, nothing. Never took care of any of it. Cost me over $500 to fix everything they broke and the owner obviously didn't care other than having the bad review online. On top of everything they broke, after a year still had shingles not sitting flat. Just a straight up horrible company.

8. Marks left on the garage doors from the original shingles being thrown down.
Mark did wonderful job inspecting the roof and explaining both the current situations and next steps for us today. We are so grateful to have someone like Mark, representing a trustworthy company like Precision Roof Crafters, standing with us after the tough times of Harvey.
I would not do business with them again. I don't get the feeling that they are honest or forthcoming.
