Had them fix a leak and everything seemed fine. Then after a hard rain half a year later, the same leak started again. Having remembered the one year guarantee, I called them back for them to come out. The lady that answered said I had to contact the contractor myself and work with him. At this point I felt that this was not going to end well. So I contacted him and basically got the run around and played phone tag. He said he would come out multiple times but never showed nor ever called back. I got tired of having to call this guy so I just fixed the issue myself (a simple sealing was all that was needed). Will never call them again as customer service is very important to me; roofers are a dime a dozen- customer service makes the difference
Wish I would have read these reviews before. I specifically asked them to replace flashing around my chimney and even had it written in the quote. I had dry wall fixed due to a leak around my chimney, thinking the new roof and flashing braun installed I was in the clear. Much to my dismay the roof still leaks. I went up on the roof and noticed they did not replace the flashing they used the same old flashing I had that leaked!!! When I called customer service I was greeted by a very rude lady and that I would have to pay to repair my brand new roof. I've yet to hear from anyone. I am very disappointed and hope they attempt to make this right.
I had tried to offer our services to this company and their secretary was a rude nasty person who should be selling cigarettes at a strip club. Overall impression is super unprofessional. Spending all the money you want on advertising won't make you a better company. The secretary doesn't put on roofs, but you have one chance to make a first impression and that was mine and we deal with roofing companies all over. Attitude usually starts at the top and trickles down. THUMBS DOWN.
Sales Man give u the quote and take your money but never finish job as promised if u try to call office speak to the owner he never call you back, file complain to BBB the owner never reply the complaint either. Be careful using this kind company they spend lot of money for advertising but don't full fill there promised.
