Mark and his crew did an excellent job on my roof; he came in on time and on budget. The Clear Lake Area Roofing Crew was efficient and professional and I saw Mark at my house several times through out the 2 days overseeing the quality of the work.
He responded quickly to my Home Owners Association (HOA) new roofing restriction of 275+ lbs. (weight) per square, by ordering the upgraded shingles and without re-scheduling the roof replacement calendar date. He took care of the HOA restriction issue, and the building permit, and I did not have to worry about anything, or lose sleep over it.
