While the roof does not leak, guests and other contractors sometimes point out poor trim work done on the roof. There was also a portion of old decking that was not pointed out (we would have paid for replacement) and was shingled over. Some tiles have not settled to this day.
People seem to be long winded and write long reviews for some reason. I will not be long winded.

The roof was also installed on top of some rotted trim. This was not their fault, but seeing some of their roof trim (metal framing) falling months later, I wish someone would have told me.
We found A Better Roof while doing an on-line search to fix a leak repair. I contacted them and was able to get an appointment the following morning. They were fast and efficient and very friendly. The repair was completed the day following the appointment and was done quickly. The work was completed about a week or two ago and we've had a few hard rains with no leaks! We'd definitely use their services again if necessary for other work.
