I live in the Copperfield area. I recently had my roof replaced by M & M Roofing Siding & Windows. I was contacted by Rick Shelton, who gave me a great quote with an estimate of two to two and a half days to complete the job.
Warranty repairs not complete for three years. After new steal roof and complete house siding the house leaked inside where it should not. After three years and multiple crews(sub-contracted by M & M Roofing and Siding)the leaks persists. One repair crew cut our new expensive metal roof, another spread caulking all over the new roof, siding and decking. Cosmetically not what we paid for and now no Communication!
Not reliable. Mike (a sales person) came to my house and gave me a verbal quote. Stated he would email me a real quote. He never did. I texted him multiple times. He actually again stated he would email me a quote. Again, he never did. Finally, he stopped answering my texts. Don't waste your time with a company that can't even be relied on to get you a quote.
After Harvey, I had several quotes by different roofing contractors for insurance purposes not being satisfied myself. I consulted my neighborhood websites and family members for a roofing company.My Granddaughter recommended M&M Roofing specifically Rick Shelton.
M & M roof came out and painted a composite material onto of the roof, did siding repairs, took off aluminum siding we originally paid them to put on and still the leaking persist. After Hurricane Harvey 9-2017 we contacted M & M corporate office in regards to the leaking and have not heard from them in more then two weeks. Going on four years now tying to fix what they were paid to fix originally. We also had to put a new deck on our third floor as they cut it up, pulled it up and smeared caulking all over it so that is was not salvageable. At this point I want to believe they will fix it but I just do not believe they are motivated to do so now!
Recommend! We live in Richmond. We had a “mystery” leak. Water was coming in at a corner room and soaking the carpet in that area when it rained. We thought it was the foundation and then thought it was exterior wall but could not fix it or find how water was getting in. Finally suspecting the roof, we had the first (I won’t name them) roof company come by and they used a drone to ‘look’ at the roof and then tell us we were not a priority because they would rather take high money jobs (like full roof replacements) but to call in a week or so if they had not gotten back with us. Not surprising, they never called. Frustrated and disappointed, we then contacted M&M. M&M got in the attic, climbed onto our two-story roof, identified the problem and Chris sent the team out to fix it in just a few days. They even called after a heavy rain to make sure the problem was gone. Great job!
I would highly recommend Rick Shelton and M&M roofing! If you are looking for a fair, quick and clean job they are the company to use. Along with the fact no question will go unanswered!
I contacted Rick Shelton and his response was quick, professional and fair. Needless to say we contracted with him. The job Rick and his partners did was amazingly fast, and clean. We are extremely satisfied with the roof and the job performed!

Materials were delivered on time and after a delay due to rain, work started on time. Rick checked in daily while the work was being done. It took the extra half day to complete the job.
