Very bad experience with this company, called after the hurricane because I noticed a leak from my roof vents. They came the next day to look at my roof and said it needed to be resealed so I agreed on the work and they did the job the next day, at that time I thought they did a good job helping me with my problem. The headache started after I paid them for their services. I had to wait a week for it to rain so I can see if the leak was gone, well the leak is now worse than before so I'm thinking maybe they missed a spot, no problem I'll message them and let them know the problem and they can come and fix it. Well message after message they say they are going to check it but a month later and still nobody coming to fix it. This whole time I was talking with Joey, well maybe Joey just doesn't care so I called the office and complained about the situation, they said they will get another person to come help me, well a week later and still no call that anybody is coming to help with my roof. I give up on thinking they will do what's right so I'm giving them this bad review. So be careful working with them, they will be nice and helpful until they get your money and after that you are nothing to them.
It was great to do business with this company. Jason Feliciano was the rep for our job. We have a 3,900 sq. ft. two story house. They started work on time at 7:00 AM and finished the job in one day. Stripped off old shingles, applied new shingles, and totally cleaned up. Don't know exactly when they quit because my wife and I had to leave the house around 5:00 PM and they were still working. When we returned at 7:30 PM they were gone with no sign that they had ever been there except that we had a new roof. They asked for no money up front. Very professional from beginning to end.
On January 2 of this year we had a pretty strong hail storm in our area, needless to say it caused damage to our roof that was about 10 years old. The night after the storm I have noticed shingle debris in my driveway prompting me to have someone inspect the roof and assess the damage. I had no problems with the roof before so I haven’t had a roofing contractor readily available in my contacts that could help me with this. Fortunately, I had a flyer in the house, which thankfully I have not discarded before. It was from a company called “Infinity Roofing & Siding Inc.” Capital letters on the flyer indicated that the company offered free inspections and estimates, so I said to myself that I would give them a try before I find and call other contractors for comparison. I made it a habit of having at least three estimates before I decide who to pick to do work for me. Person who answered the phone for me when I called was Jason Feliciano, he said that he was in the area on another project and that we can meet up as soon as I’m available. Two hours later Jason was in front of my house, we shook hands, talked for a minute where I told him that I like to have different contractors come out and give me estimates, not knowing that I’m about to break my own rule because of this guy. What positively surprised me was Jason’s attitude when I told him that, he didn’t become pushy or insistent to tell me that his company is the best in the world, like most other contractors do. Instead, he said that he will do his inspections tell me what he thinks that needs to be done and leave it up to me to decide after. As I was watching from the ground his inspection was very thorough and it took him over half an hour to complete. When he was finished, and came down we had a longer conversation where he explained to me all the details that I had no idea about. Jason had an extensive knowledge about the process and directed me in the right way, knowledge not just about the roof, but also about the insurance claim process that I was not familiar with. Given his knowledge, attitude and help offered, I have immediately decided not to look further and to go with his company in replacing my roof. Jason got my insurance information and not long after we were on the phone with my insurance company submitting a claim for them to pay for my roof. From that point on it took less than ten days for the approval and the new roof to be installed. The whole time of the process whenever I had questions Jason was readily available over the phone or in person to answer those for me. Throughout the two day project Jason would visit the crew that was performing the installation to check on them and make sure everything is done correctly. Jason also made sure that the roof is up to code and installed upgrades to meet these new construction codes. Based on Jason’s attitude and conduct I would recommend him and the company he works for to perform any kind of work my family and friends and I would also do business with them in the future, if need be.
Justin came out a few months ago due to a problem in our guest restroom. I had to contact him last night due to the same problem, and he was able to send a team member out today and told me exactly what time he was going to be, and his name. Today, Jon show up right on time, he had wonderful customer service, he took pictures for me what he believe is the problem and went to work. Both guys had great customer service, knew exactly what they were talking about, and all around great guys. I'm happy to have a roofing company on standby, and hoping this time around our problem is solve! Thank you guys!
I had to take the time to write this Review and let everyone know how amazing my experience with Infinity Roofing was. I had the wonderful experience of working with Domenic and Audrey. When your husband is away in the military and your pregnant with a toddler it's not always easy and no hassle to get something such as a roof done with no prior knowledge of what to expect or the cost. I was so overwhelmed at having to handle this however I am so thankful I came across a flyer they left. From the start till the end they were both very hands on and made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. I thought this was going to be a nightmare and choosing them was the best decision.
