My friend drove there, and lost his keys there 4 hours ago. Couldn't get in his car. Employees REFUSED to make an announcement or help him look. He had to call a locksmith to get into his truck!! Can't help look or make a 30 second announcement! !
During this disaster we would expect people who were able to go to work, to help those in need. My mother-in-law took a bag of Pvc pipe in and begged for help. All she needed was to be pointed in the right direction. The associate told her, "I don't have time to help you" then roll his eyes and walked away!. We lost everything in the flood and just trying to recover. No one should be treated like that!
Nice to have an alternative hardware store when there is no Lowes or Depot close. A little too pricey though.
Yes visited twice today, best service, Fred and Tim went beyond the the extra mile to help me around, find all items, and more!! Blessings to them and all their staff!!
