If I could give this store or the whole Lowe's association zero stars I would. I been giving Lowe's a lot of business for 2 years since we have been building our house. I ordered a refrigerator and stove package that came with a dishwasher and microwave. I didn't have a problem with them delivering the microwave and dishwasher but it took Lowe's and there "very competent" Managers and employee three months to find out they lost the stove and refrigerator. We ordered different brand refrigerator and stove which I was told will be delivered 10 days-2 weeks . The refrigerator was already in the store but so the 3rd party delivery company they use didn't want to make 2 trips because my house is too far, I have to wait for the stove. Almost one month passes and my stove finally got delivered to the store which they never contactede about, I found that out on my own. The first day it was supposed to be delivered, I called in the morning to confirm the time. The time came and went but no stove or refrigerator. I called Lowe's back and they informed me that the driver called a number tjat I haven't even heard of on the delivery sheet and no one answered so he didn't deliver it. Even when I called the morning to confirm. Lowe's said I had to wait the next day which is today for my delivery, i even got a call last night with my delivery time I called again today and was informed that the driver refused to put it on the truck because I was too far. The manager which are Jason and Josh are so unprofessional, I had to call corpate to compain several times.

But now after 7 trips into the store, 5 calls to the warehouse, 6 calls to the delivery/installer and 2 conversations with Andrea's coworker, we still can't get a working dishwasher delivered. It didn't work and had to be picked up. Two weeks later after scheduling installation 3 times, we still don't have one. The installer wants to come but Lowe's can't get it delivered. Andrea's coworker says the warehouse personnel I talked to is very incompetent and he can't help anymore. The coworker was very very rude to me in person and on the phone. Please help me, Andrea!

I went to pick up a bathroom sink faucet. The selection was good and all the tools I needed were readily available. It was a work and painless experience.

First person waved me towards the front for the batteries that I requested and I could not find the right ones there were so many all over the place. The second person I asked was more helpful and helped me find two other items, however he did not know anything about batteries and there was only one there that looked like the one I might need they have no others that were round like that. He said they were probably out of them and he didn't know anything about batteries. I bought the wrong one and need to return it now. I also asked for help with the light bulbs but the lady also just waved me on to the aisle and I could not ask anyone about LEDs and the wattage. Therefore I need to return those also. There do seem to be salespeople to help but they just wave at you and don't really help. I can read the signs too. The problem was I had some questions on on the items and they were either not knowledgeable or could not be bothered to answer not a good experience. One lady was guarding an aisle because there was some barrier there. She not only could not move, she also couldn't give directions. Staff needs training.

Out of four appliances bought at Lowe's two had serious problems. The refrigerator door was poorly so had to be picked up. Exactly one week after they picked it up, we were called saying they were coming to pick it up! So apparently it was returned to a Dallas Warehouse and sort of lost for one week. Thanks to a great employee at Lowe's named Andrea we got another fridge.

Brought vacuum cleaner back, in the box never open. Was a gift. The lady with The Gold short hair cut refused to accept the return. Had my drivers license. MEYERLAND 610 & BEECHNUT. STORE IS THE WORSE EVER!!!!
