I must agree with the other review. They seem racist and they watch you like your going to steal something. Very uncomfortable feeling when shopping there. The staff all has little radios and hound you from the moment you walk in. But besides that the price is way too high and the quality of their items are very very cheap. Lower your prices and maybe you won't lose customers and stop assuming everyone is going to steal from you. It sets a bad vibe. I rather drive a few miles down to Walmart or home depot. They lost me as a customer.
This store is such a racist disgrace to the neighborhood my mother in law went in today and was made fun of because she was Hispanic and short when I got to see her she was crying and in distraught and said she would never go into that store again. She is a very old women and has always gone to this store for things around the house. But after the owners son was laughing at her for being a "short Mexican" I will drive her to home depot from now on!!
This used to be a great little hardware store. Andy sold out and current owners are outright hostile. Not only unhelpful but dont bother me, I got no time for this! Attitude plus. Good luck finding what you need here. Walmart is down the street.
Look at it from their point of view. Some people probably go in and steal, we do not wear tags that show people who are good and who are bad. It's just the demographics of that area and everyone should know that things may happen in certain areas. Just look around and people have bars on their windows and high fences with spikes on the end. Like as if they feel people around their neighborhood are going to steal from them. More than likely because they have been robbed or burglarized. Does that make them racist too? Or does it just make them cautious?
Would give no star. Terrible customer service. Overpriced and no return policy. No knowledge of parts and tools. Sold me wrong tools and parts and wouldnt return them. Not even for any kind of credit.
