I love this store in general the design is very nice and easy to find things most of the time. BUT I have been here on several occasions, and today I remember why I don't go there. I went in looking for white paint to cover the letters on the back of my shoe (school restriction) requires them to be all white. I was not asked if I needed help. Both times i walked by an associate, they asked the person in front of me and not me. By the time I asked am employee if they could help me she recommended I go to hobby lobby instead. I finally found what I needed & as I looked around for a bout ten minutes, I then noticed all the employees were watching me which I always notice when I shop here. It's SO UNCOMFORTABLE. literally all I had in my hands were my keys, my wallet and the spray paint I was going to buy. Will not buy here again.
Now the store has added a previously unknown diagnostic charge. Not trying to resolve, just trying to extract as much money as possible.
Instead it got worse, when the next mowing season started the mower took about 30 pulls to start. I took it back. Ace wanted to charge me all over again.
Definitely do not take anything for repair unless you can immediately thoroughly test it.

Love this store! The manager and staff are all AMAZING! We always have a great experience when we visit. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The customer service here is exceptional!
Working with corporate to resolve - the store not standing behind the work - store standing behind fine print (I guess never seen or told anything) on very short warranty period (given two different answers on how long it is).
Brought my mower for tuneup (no issues just looking for tuneup) at the end of the mowing season. They said it needed a carburetor and replaced it. When we got it back, it was hard to start, but we thought it would get better, if not surely ACE would fix as follow-up to their work.
Fabulous selection of products, prices better than other businesses, extremely friendly AND knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this store.
