Just an old-school hardware store. Carries a little bit of everything. They seem like nice folks
It was so surprising to us the first time we went here, they have almost everything that we could need and it has saved us many trips out to Home Depot. Also, the employees are exceptional. Very upbeat, helpful, and friendly. We really like having this place in our neighborhood
This business has people answering the telephone who have horrible telephone manners. I have called several times asking whether something is in stock and related details and have had to endure some nasty attitudes that I don't care for from people who want my money.
Hmmm the customer service could be improved at this store. I hate when hourly people drag down an owner's hard earned business because they truly don't care. The inside was dusty and dirty. The hours of operation are also not properly listed on Google. It states it closes at 6:00 pm, but it actually closes at 5:30 during the work week.
