Poorest customer service ever! I've been here twice and have gotten the rudest associate ever when attempting to utilize the post office services. I will no longer give this place my business as I can not get basic respect as a customer.
The young cashier was polite but an old guy was very rude to a lady in front of me very dismissive not very nice
I even don't feel to give one star for this store specially for the post office associate. She is one of the rudest woman that I ever came across. She's pretty much racist which I marked every time I came, she deals differently with white and non-white customers. She don't know what she is doing with her customers or doesn't care at all. I would request the manager to remove this woman (square face with short hair) without much delay. She might have 1001 reasons behind her ill behavior but we don't go to the post office to be treated so ugly and and to be embarrassed like this. I also feel like to put a review every day until she stops showing up there.
I wouldn’t even give this post office location a one star! The associate at the post office is the absolute worst! Never met someone who treated people so ugly! She’s an elderly woman, with short hair. All the times I’ve gone here, never have I seen this woman smile! I understand everyone has bad days, and I have her the benefit of doubt the first few times. I’ve worked in customer service, and I’m sorry, but if you’re not going to be a pleasant person to the customers- you shouldn’t be working there at all!
Oh goodness just don't go there. They don't even deserve one star. The manager is worse than the employees racist. If you do go there, don't buy any glass. After reading the other reviews this sounds like a possible lawsuit. I will be contacting the corporate office
