I am looking to upgrade my sound system and when you are paying the price of a entry level sedan for a pair of speakers it’s expected to get good customer service. The older gentleman sales rep said after he finished demoing a pair of b&w 803 d3 $17k a pair that i just wasted his time im buying an upgrade for my home and there is nothing worse than to be the insulted for being a smart consumer. I think i will take my business to 3mA Audio where they gave me great customer service. Hope this helps any other consumer. Dont buy at Modia
I ordered a Mitsubishi 57" Projection TV on Monday and it was in my home and working on Thursday. I give this store the highest rating possible. Salespeople were courteous and helpful. The price was GREAT and the TV was delivered with no problems in a timely fashion
I had recently purchased some equipment from them for my media room and they did a wonderful job in installing the equipment. I decided was time to renew more equipment for my house which was pretty dated. I went to their Westheimer location to purchase another TV and some ceiling speakers and a receiver for my living room. The customer service was awesome and even the owner helped me out and gave me a good deal since i had purchased before from their other location. They promised the on Monday they will deliver and install the equipment and they did, this time it was a different technician who came but did a very neat job.
I visited the store 2 weeks ago to buy a Sony 65" LED TV & a Klipsch home theater system. I have been saving this as a gift to myself this year and therefore wanted to make sure I was getting the best price and service. I have to admit I was skeptical and therefore did a significant amount of window shopping before I made up my mind. The sales people were very knowledgeable and gave me unbiased views about the products. Finally it was the expertise and the patient educated product tours that won me over and made MODIA my choice. The product prices were the same like Magnolia, but the installation services took the cake. I wanted the system to be installed over a brick fireplace in my family room. It was a fairly complex installation since the wires needed to be tucked away out of sight and honestly after the system was installed, it was like it had always been there ! It look so much a part of the décor !. I am extremely kicked about my new home theater system and very pleased with the MODIA folks for their great service. If you want to learn before you buy so you can make a good decision – this is the place
Consistently cannot pay their employees on time, Always a new person because of an extremely high turnover rate due to mistreatment of employees and they are always selling used gear as new to the customers at full price. This company is now in financial crisis and is closing stores down. Save your time and money and search for a more reputable company. Their Willowbrook location is closed and I wouldn't be surprised if their Remaining two DFW locations close too.
