I literally have a customer service issue every time I go into this location. I work in a building in the parking lot of the mall so this location is very convenient, at this point I literally REFUSE to go back.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced at an Apple Store. Do not come here. You will be upset you ever bought this overpriced piece of machinery specially when no other retailers carry their laptop chargers.
Ive been there twice to have my phone done or to ask questions and mulitple times to just look around. Everytime ive been there, i left w a huge smile on my face. The employees are super nice, and easily approachable, and always have the answers that i need. (all though its normally pretty crowded) It seems every time i go there something good happens, and ive never been disapointed going there.
2. I was told by staff that Apple doesn’t make defective products.
3. I went in for a headphone swap. I get back to the office and they are the wrong ones. I go back and I am told I need another appointment to get the correct ones.
Staff did an amazing job updating the OS of my old MacBook and they didn’t even charge me. I was expecting to pay since it’s out of warranty but it’s so old they had mercy on me an my antique laptop. Done in an hour, I just roamed around the mall while it happened. Love this place.

1. I went in for a warranty issue, my phone was repaired. Great. Right? No, I asked to swap out a charging cable as well I was told I needed another appointment to swap it out. Literally had to wait 3 days for another appointment.
Examples:
Had the best experience at this store! I had an appointment at 5:20 today, I was out with my new phone by 5:28. Buddy was helping me with my phone. He understood my situation and took care of me without any problems especially in this hurricane situation that we had going.
