I went there to have my apple watch series 2 serviced. I bought it brand new from that location about 4 months ago. When I got there to check in for my appointment, lot of staff members were available but they were all doing everything but helping the customer. Talking and laughing to each other about whatever is fine unless you cut into the customer experience. I walked all the way to the very back and still hadn't been acknowledged. I finally got next to two girls and waited next to them to finish their conversation about the weekend before they decided to address me. After checking in for my appointment I explained the issue. My apple watch SERIES 2 was not able to go in the water. Every time it went in the water it would shut off. I was only in 4ft of water and it actually got so hot when it shut off I had burned marks on my wrist and had to remove the watch immediately. I brought this to the managers attention since it was a safety concern about this product and something they need to recall. He showed very little disregard to my safety and instead stated the watch is "water resistant" and not "water proof" and that I was out of luck. I asked him why they advertise series 2 that you can swim with as it tells customers to swim with them on and he again states it is "water resistant" and not "water proof" and any water damage would not be covered. He had no regard to my safety and the fact that it burned my wrist! He didn't even want the product to ship off so they could investigate and just told me they would just send back the product. My entire house is Apple, and now you have created an anti-apple customer that will no longer buy apple because of there disregard to safety!
Came in with plans on buying an Apple Watch. Keep in mind I have an IMac, all family members have iPhones, iPads, even Apple TV. This is the first Apple store I’ve been in where not one employee approached me. I’m not the only one, it’s a lot of people in here alone, and multiple people with two-three people helping them. What is this? No Apple Watch today!
Liar or incompetence. Took appointment cause of battery charge issue. They checked my iphone6 and told me it's not battery problem and they cannot fix it then proposed me replacement. I trusted Genius and bought a new iphone.
On the way to home I saw one small phone repair shop and asked them to fix. They just changed battery and my iphone6 worked properly.
I am at Apple store in Houston,Tx Galleria. It take up to 3 hours waiting time to be seen. The store itself does not seem busy and the service is very poor!!! They don’t give a tosh even if you are an Apple crazy customer. Surely Apple has got to do better or I will stop buying their products!!!
I would give 5 stars if it were because apple. I bought a watch and after a while of not using it/ charging stop working. Took it in it said when we do that it damages the system. I spent money on a watch I didn’t get to wear much and to repair is the same amount I bought for. But apple care- I used it on my beats and so far that worked well.
This apple store succeeded selling one iphone but apple lost one iphone user.
