Reserved appointment to get my cracked iPhone display replaced; their machine was down so they gave me a brand new phone at the same price! Also helped with restoring data to new device and erasing the old one. Minimal waiting and good service.
The fact that number of buyers is much less than the number of people on the back (at service and repair) tells everything about the recent quality of the products
Obviously, they have priorities(racially). I felt discriminated in a way. They are busier than the galleria which amazed me. They have a check in area that has text msgs and when it tells you they are ready for you they are not. I missed my appointment by 15 minutes due to traffic and made me wait 35 minutes. Galleria, took me after 15 minutes from when I was late. When I made the appointment, the galleria was booked already. Although galleria is not the perfect is more efficient. The lady that was helping me had purple hair and was not rude but look like she was judging me already. She had no intention of helping me and said I could head out when I came for replacement like I don’t know what she was thinking came for earbud replacements and they judge you even if you have a warranty because lots of people do fraud. I come every 4 months or more to replacements because they stop working from one side.
They made me feel ignored yesterday purchasing an Apple Watch from this store. I was directed to the Apple Watch table and was told someone would be with me shortly. I went to the Apple Watch table and saw an associate was helping another customer so I patiently waited. A few minutes later a male associate approached me and was introducing the Apple watches on the table. Then another customer showed up next to us and the associate started to include the other customer in the conversation, which I take it as a good gesture. Then another associate came to me and asked if I needed help. I replied that I think I was being helped by the first guy so he walked away. Then the first associate just kept talking to the other customer and made me feel ignored. I pointed to him the exact Apple Watch I was going to purchase. He clicked a few buttons on his handset trying to have the Apple Watch brought out to me. But then he was clearly too engaged with the other customer and told me that since I have decided which one to purchase I can just go find another associate to help me get the device. So I had to go find another girl to help me get the device. The girl was very sweet. I give her five stars for the serine. But the girl was a new hire and she even needed to ask for the first guy's help to complete the purchase. The whole process just made me feel ignored by the first guy. Isn't it first come first served? If you are already helping one customer are you supposed to finish it before helping another one? Unless the first customer didn't show enough interest to make the purchase so it justifies you switching to another customer who shows more interest? But I was the first customer and I was clearly determined to make the purchase. I wish I have got the name of the first associate and complain to his manager.
