This is not like a typical experience you get from Best Buy in general.
They have a tagged item for 100 dollars. The only tag in the spot so I go ahead and attempt to buy it. Turns out it's more than what the tag says. They then argue we with me saying it's not the wrong price after I show them the spot and showed them the picture I took because they didn't believe me. They are as arrogant as their store manager who was telling me to get out. They are the worse.
This best buy has the worst coustomer service ever! Walked in just the other day to look for something and no one asked me if I needed help. I walked up to the guy at the front door desk to ask if he can help me and he made a face and sound like I was bothering him so he called someone else to help me and that employee never showed up to assist me. As I walked around the store trying to find what I needed on my own I came across a group of the employees all on their phones relaxing in one section, I wondered around and not one of them looked up and asked me if I needed help. Thank god staples was next door, the staff there was way more helpful and I found what I needed there. I dont know why best buy highers a bunch of teens that dont know anything about the stores product's. Oh and dont even think about calling this store for help because they dont answer. I called about 4 times before going in and they weren't even busy, just lazy staff.
Call twice and waited 10 minutes each time for them to even pick up... next I'll do is ask for the general manager and call his store as I am at the store in front of him to see this is something he is aware of.
Went in to see about returning a video game, instead of a simple unfortunately it's against our return policy, we get hit with disrespectful, arrogant associates who need to be reminded of what customer service should be like because what we received today was pitiful.
Made a purchase over internet went into store picked up really fast accept I had to wander around...LOL great place... employees could use alittle help in hospitality though....
