This place is amazing. There is no equal in any city I have ever been to. If you are looking for extraordinarily niche components for a project - this is the right spot. Honestly, they should have been put on the board of radioshack. They know how to do a DIY shop properly.
Wonderful and obscure items. I was there with my daughter and wife, otherwise I could have spent two or more hours there. Going back tomorrow to make some bigger purchases... wide selection of not only components but quality used test equipment tested on the spot by a very knowledgeable employee. If you are a child of the 80s or earlier, you will appreciate what you see. Vacuum tubes in stock and a tester to verify them in place! I grew up dissecting 60s and 70s era radios and TVs, and this is the place I wish was closer to home!
Only place in Houston I know of that sells such a wide assortment of electronic components. Very cool.
