Slow checkout process, too many filler moments confirming address twice etc etc. They need to do inventory, the 3 things I was looking for, that their website said they had, they didnt have. Lots of staff around so was able to get guidance on where to find stuff, kudos for that. I love seeing all of the cool things out there, good hardware selection. Gamers paradise.
Spent $4,400 on gaming computer system 2 weeks ago. Came in this black Friday to purchase more office equipment and exchange monitor of computer system with receipt. Customer service couldn't ring monitor for exchange in their system or on receipt because it was sold as a package deal. The manager then decides to confiscate the monitor we came into the store with now claiming it is their property. I've never seen anything like this... just lost a customer for life. I recommend going elsewhere where the management understands proper customer service.
Walked into this location with the goal of building a powerful computer with my friend. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for any better customer service. We ran into a problem with the motherboard and it was exchanged for another one no questions asked. We felt like we were going to come off as a nuisance since we came multiple times to plan out exactly how we were going to do this build(5 trips, 2 different builds drafted) but Spencer was patient and helpful the entire way.

The drive here was a bit long but honestly, if you are close to this location and are able to make the drive here I'd recommend you do so since it had every single component we needed. Will definitely come back for upgrades!
Knowledgeable staff and a good environment. I went in recently because my computer died on me and I needed to replace parts. They have price match available and I COULD NOT for the life of me find a lower price on my products. My friends and I all recommend micro center to anyone.
