Wow- I cannot begin to express how helpful Mary at Woodlake Travel has been. We had an issue with our bank (fraudulent activity) that turned into a living nightmare right in the middle of Mary booking everything for our trip to Playa Del Carmen. She was so patient, caring, and understanding of our situation that she was able to extend deposit dates to accommodate us and our frozen bank accounts.
Called looking for a vacation package in mexico. Advised agent I was looking around the $6,000 mark for 2 people for a week , was advised that they would have nothing for me under $10,000 and that I should look online as I would get better offers then they could give me. Who admits that and expects return business?
