Unprofessional , Terrible Customer Service, and by far the worst and most useless agency I've ever had to deal with
Friendly staff especially with the manager Very kind and honest and gave me a good advice or guideline for my UMRAH TRIP Which is very helpful and saved money.
These people should be ashamed to call them selves a business lying thief's is what these people are!!
That was my fifth experience with this travel agency last 10 years...Highly recommended.

Would not even rate this people 1 star unconditionally suck at they're job only are worried about commission and where they can make the most money. My father used them to book our umrah trip it was complete hell from trying to find our transportation from airport all the way to the crappy hotel they booked us insuring us it's a "5 star Hotel" called movenpik air quality sucked so bad I started to get terribly sick, everything was dirty, and service was horrible. Shahbaz the manager who whatever he is insured my dad that we could stay in this hotel and he book another one for an additional $4,000 on top of what we paid. I will be reporting these people to the BBB customer service is horrible once again they suck at they're job and you would be better off booking your own hotel & flight reservation.
Ruined the experience of a good family trip and made it very very uncomfortable to the point where they had the hotel put my 4 single beds in one room!!!!
Horizon Travel Sucks. Never Buy from them again. All Travel Agents Sucks. Buy Direct from Airline, There is no Price Discount and Travel Agents do not provide any extra perks. Travel Agencies should all be out of business.
Dont know why the hell i am even giving them 1 star ! They dont even deserve 0 .. they are just bloody scammers and fraud .. beware of that guy named farid , he is the biggest fraud ! Going to court to sue them real soon
