The driver Orlando knows what he is doing, he knows how to handle customer situations, a very safe driver and his bus is always clean my wife and I ride his bus every quarter to Paragon Casino and we love it!!

Drivers are routinely late for arrival. They do not leave at the time they say and the Customer Service is horrendous. Please take the other casino bus, trust me!

The driver upon arrival to transfer buses charges up an elderly women and threatened to call the police on her and kicks her off the bus. There were many other things that happen I'm just tired of typing it all. Let's just say this was my first and last time taking a tour bus to a casino.

Their buses are not state of the art, the seats are not roomy or comfortable and there is no leg room. There is wifi but now power outlets.

Well, it appears First Class Tours management do CARE about what their customers say! I received a call from one of the managers and they have agreed to give me a full refund of what I paid but I asked for it to be applied to another trip instead. Lessons learned- be careful and check your dates before finalizing your payment and transaction to avoid the same mistake I made. Thank you First Class Tours for your consideration!!

I am currently in a First Class Tours Bus headed to Lake Charles and it has Been nightmare. This bus service is linked to The Golden Nugget and advertised on your website to be a first class way to get your casino. I trusted the Golddn Nugget name so I trusted First Class Bus Tours. Their Customer Service is not First Class it is 2nd Rate! They are unprofessional, confrontational, aggressive and down right nasty. I will never use them again. We were in route when I realize I had a missed call from First Class. I called back within 10 minutes of missing the call and was told the transport to Golden Nugget was cancelled 50 minutes before departure because I didn't answer my phone.

This was so embarrassing I wanted to just get off at that point. We get to the next stop and find out that some of those passengers pick up was also cancelled for the same reason.

Then the A/C goes out with 42 people on the bus, most are senior citizens. Curtis, the driver becomes loud and aggressive with some of the passengers because they were expressing their discomfort. He tells us he would try to figure out the problem 2 hours away in Lake Charles. This did not go over well with the passengers. Who started getting off the bus for fresh air. Finally after about an hour he takes us back to the terminal to change our buses.

I made a reservation online and made a mistake of choosing the incorrect date for my trip. When I did not show up for the trip, someone called me to remind me to ask if I was going to show up and so I informed her that my reservation was supposed to be for the next day and did not realize that I made a mistake with the dates. I asked if I could use my payment for another trip and was told "no". They are not flexible like that! I reminded them that I made online reservations in the past where the trips were cancelled and the explanation was that they called to let me know about the cancellation, maybe 1 hour before the trip. The thing is, the rules seem to be one way to their favor. Even if I were informed that the trip was cancelled, I still had to make plans and had looked forward to that trip. SO PEOPLE BE AWARE AND BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING YOUR DATES WHEN YOU BOOK ONLINE. THEY DO NOT CARE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

The front desk people put us in another bus going to a different casino and we could shuttle over to the Golden Nugget. The front desk people yelled at us, she was rude and unapologetic. The driver upon meeting my party of 4 tells us that we better not be a problem and he'd heard all about us
