I've seen some negative reviews, but I have been completely pleased with both their professionalism and courtesy. I just booked my second trip with them.
Rep Lady "No you would have to look at our website" -----Thought "Than what are you good for and why do you have this office?!"
Poor Service. Had the airline company on the phone and conferenced Delux Travel. problem is medical for the customer and contagious. Delux said it wasn't there problem. Manager was extremely rude. Airline company said changes can be made at $20 to postpone. Delux said $200 for the fee. Funny, because airline was on the phone and yet agent said differently. Bunch of liars that will try to take every dollar from you. Beware of these cheaters. Won't let you postpone will force you to cancel and get $200 even if airline is on the phone saying it's only $20 to postpone flight because it's an open ticket. Manager hung up the phone with a quickness. I don't recommend this at all. Go to other travel places. One very near this location.

come here to asking them for checking ticket to go back to vietnam for working purpose. The guys who sit in the front is so rude and unprofessional. Since im busy working with my schedule the ony way i can is to book a ticket on weekend day only. I dont mind about the price but i ask him to check for me that whatever airplanes that have seat fr me to coming back. He reply me said that you need to make up your mind what airlines you want to go because i dont have times to check it over and over agains. I was like excuse me if i have times i would not come and ask you to do this. You guys should not open agent if this is what you aimed for customer money. I left out without saying a words. I woild not recommend My family or friends come to this place. Between, there price is always higher compare to others place

This is how the conversation went and was practically verbatim. Keep in mind we were looking to buy tour tickets for SIX people and would have been happy paying $2000+ each for a good tour package. I have never encountered such unprofessional and most rude people in my life. They need to shut this office down quick or change the employees because they seem to be useless and a waste of office space.
