I Found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to any query. Great and very prompt service by Faiza (taking care of seat , meal order and wheel chair request by old parents) Extra ordinary service and very professional and trained. They had been travelling since last 25 years but service provided by Travel agents (Faiza) best, very courteous and helpful from the very beginning. Full 5 star to her & Chase world travel.

We were very pleased with the services provided by Chase World Travel Agency prior to and during our various trips around the globe. With reference to our recent trip to Asia, Mr. Luqman and his staff did an outstanding job working out itinerary and keeping us up-to-date. Luqman was really helpful when my travel plans had to be changed at the last minute. Everything was perfectly taken care for us and it was very difficult to plan such a trip on our own. Huge kudos to Chase travel for their knowledge of the areas, their attention to detail and their ability to stay within our budget for an incredibly smooth trip.
Absolutely amazing customer service, I can say with full confidence. I had to fly overseas due to a family emergency and the customer service representative Minaz, went out of her way to get me the earliest flight at best pricing. She was a thorough professional and very efficient and seemed to have great knowledge of her job. Due to her efforts I had a worry free round trip. I am glad I have found a trustworthy travel agency for my travel needs. Great job guys.
I have used chase world travels for summer "peak time" travels with family to India. I am very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Most importantly in my last trip they provided me a saving of atleast $300 on 4 ticlets over online booking directly from Qatar airways. I would definitely recommend everyone to give them a try and compare it for yourself. It never hurts to cross-check.
