I wish there was a lower rating for this terrible place. The workers are disgusting people and are extremely rude. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE. I was yelled at in the business. These people are extremely discourteous. The people expect you to know all the details that they know....so what the point of having a travel agent. They even admitted to not needing to tell the customer important details about flight booking. And saying that everything was my fault even though I was never informed about any of the details regarding flight booking despite the flight confirmation I received.
Terrible terrible experience. Awful customer service and disgusting people. BEWARE!!! never do business with these nasty people. Go to Expedia, Kayak, or another internet source for the same deals.

Furthermore, the personnel were extremely rude when confronted in person regarding the situation. Overall it was a disgustingly bad experience. This agency clearly has no respect for its clients.

I echo my daughter's sentiments. The agency failed to convey information regarding payment and automatic cancellation details. As a result her confirmed reservations were automatically canceled without her knowledge. When asked why the agent did not have the courtesy to inform her about the procedures, he had the audacity to reply that she should have been checking the airline's system. Seems to me that the reason for using a travel agency in the first place is to have them communicate critical information to their clients. That certainly did not happen with this agency.
I would strongly recommend not to purchase tickets from this fraud place.
Horrible service. I have actually used them in the past three times with a pleasant experience but this time they dropped the ball bad. I purchased the tickets from them, traveled back home and got delayed on my way back so I called them internationally and asked them to postpone my return tickets by 5 weeks. They said no problem they had me covered and they will have it done. A week prior to return I asked them to send me my new travel plan and they said the request they placed never went through and I need to talk to the airline, the airlines said they had nothing to do with my tickets and it was the travel agent who dealt my case. At the end I was out $2000 and had to re-book my tickets. I have never dealt with them since and I have asked all my friends who used to deal with them to bail.
The lady agent they have does not know key things about ticket requirements outside U.S. They issued international tickets to me and my family, and as we found out later tickets for certain legs were not even valid. We were left stranded internationally and have to re-purchase those tickets at full price at the international location just to be able to come back to U.S.
air fair is unbeatable, you don't have to shop around to get best rate.
Avoid these unprofessional incompetents and take your business elsewhere.
The male agent they have is even worse. When presented with hard documents from the airlines proving the tickets they issued were not what we expected, he would behave unprofessionally and starts calling names and wouldn't even acknowledge they made a mistake let alone compensate for the fraudulent tickets they issued and charged us for -- as if by calling names he can discredit the documented evidence of their negligence.
