DO NOT USE. If you're reading this, FIND OTHER MOVERS. Not only did they break furniture but they LOST items that you pay them to ship. I understand mistakes happen, but they transfer you to an office in California with ladies who are incredibly unhelpful. They don't care about your belongings, they just care that they recieve payment. They also go by multiple names in multiple states- do your research they have terrible reviews on all websites. Save yourself the trouble and do not use this company.
We had a great experience. Hard working. Great service. The boss ran his crew like a well oiled machine. Didn't damage anything. Very nice. Very experienced. Respected our home and us. Thankful.
VIP Moving moved my items from Houston to Fort Worth after Hurricane Harvey. I'm missing items and some items are damaged and broken. I have made several attempts to settle this issue, but I'm still without a resolution. The only two good things about this all was Jeff who was very professional in the entire situation. The other was I paid with American Express and they placed a hold on my payment to them. Perhaps after they see they didn't get paid, I will hear from them. Don't use VIP Moving. I can not recommend them based on my present ( Sep 20, 2017) experience. I wil be also reporting them to the BBB and Texas Sate Attorney General's Office for Consumer Complaints. Avoid this company at all cost.
I recently called VIP moving to just a quote, and had my mind on using 3 men movers. I was surprised to get a very knowledgeable young man on the phone name Jeff. He talked to me for about 30 mins asking me questions my other mover didn't, which could cost me more money. After our discussion Jeff gave me a much better quote than I had received for 4 different movers. Well I took the deal from Jeff, thinking that I had just gone with the low bid. I was so shocked on moving day, the guys were there on time, packed like Jeff said they would and my move went prefect. Now everyone mite not have the same experience as I had, but calling Jeff Nolan at VIP moving is worth the call. Thanks a million Jeff!
The movers did not do a good job. They marked several wood items I have such as frames. They left a closet in old house that I had to go back and bring to my new address. They also left a drawer in my kitchen that I had to go back to old house to retrieve. I tried to call to complain and they wouldn't answer my calls.
