The crew that showed up were great. Patrick, Jared W. and Ken were very professional, fast and courteous. They packed up fast and loaded everything for us. I have no complaints about the moving crew. I give them 5 stars.
I ended up with a bill much larger than the estimated quote of just over the $1117.00 that was given to me (ended up having to figure out how to come up with $2583.00).
So because of this, I can only feel right about the 4 stars.

My mom had originally scheduled a very large move going 1400 miles away with a different company. When the day came for the move no one showed up. Frantically we called around to other moving companies and luckily we got in touch with All My Sons. They are amazing! Not only did they come by to do the estimate that same day but they were able to get everything packed up and moved the very next day! Everyone in the company that I spoke to were so nice and showed that they actually wanted to help. The movers that came out, Reggie, niko, and Derek were very considerate with everything and treated anything as though it was theirs. Over all an amazing experience from a wonderful company. If anyone I know ever needs movers there will only be one name that comes to mind... All My Sons
"Now as a reminder how the pricing work is simple, you just pay for 3 things. Labor, travel and fuel. For travel & fuel I'll give you a flat rated based on mileage, this way you are not held accountable for traffic, or bad weather. The flat rate for travel and fuel for your move is $561.00. Also as a reminder, Labor cost will only accrue when we are physically loading here in League City & Houston and then physically unloading your furniture into your new home"
I had even let him know I was on a very limited budget. I ended up paying for more than just 3 things in the final bill.
Just had the worst moving experience ever with this company. First of all, they were supposed to come pack the day prior to the actual move. The time rolled around that they were supposed to call and say they were on their way, but no such call was made. My husband called them and they said they were "running late" and would be there four hours later than the original promised time, so we told them to just wait until the next day and pack and move us in the same day. Well, for packing the next day, we were told it'd take two hours to pack and two hours to load..those two things ended up taking 7 hours total. While packing, the first careless mistake was made right off the bat. When they took my dining room table top off, they went to set it down on the floor (obviously not paying any attention) and put right down on top of a dining room window sill and broke the window sill completely off. As they continued to pack, they assured us our things would be packed sufficiently to avoid damages. Now fast forward to delivery. About half of our furniture had the bottom 2" completely uncovered. No blanket, no shrink wrap, nothing. Therefore, our brand new computer desk and bookcase were scratched and dinged. Some areas of them even have the finish completely rubbed off. Same with our children's bedroom furniture. In addition, they failed to remove the shelves from inside the television stand before packing, so they were flopping around inside the television stand during the entire move. Contents were not removed from inside our dressers, nightstands, or computer desk prior to packing, so all that was was a complete mess at delivery. They also broke the leg off the bottom of our love seat. And to top everything off, one of the moving guys made a sarcastic remark as he was walking through my new home. My husband confronted him, and he engaged in an argument with my husband in an extremely unprofessional manner. In addition to all of this, the sales rep for the company (I guess that's her title; the one who assured us that they were a top-notch company) started completely ignoring my husband's emails/phone calls when he started telling her about all the damages that had occurred. I ended up getting in touch with her boss and supposedly a claims adjuster will be contacting me. We shall see. My family will not ever use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. They are completely careless and unprofessional.
All my sons moving company in Houston was outstanding. They arrived on time. They packed efficiently and moved everything professionally and with care. Kendrick gets 5 stars as does Sean, Kenneth and Bobby. They finished on time and loaded everything in the storage facility perfectly where I will be able to find my packed items. I will recommend them to everyone.
My one complaint that I do have is about the sales rep Ryan. I would give him no stars if that was an option.
I was only supposed to pay for three things according to the email he sent me for a quote.
The movers arrived on time and worked fast and efficient. They took great care in wrapping and protecting my furniture for the move. I am very happy with the guys and they were so nice too. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I will call them again when I have to move. Great company
