I had a great experience, I was able to load at my own pace then call for pickup. The delivery time was awesome considering it was a 1097 mile move. I got an hour and a half notification call for delivery. The driver who delivered my shipment, John was awesome. This man maneuvered that tractor trailer through a public storage area like threading a needle. I would recommend U-Pack to everyone.

Moved from Houston, TX to Springfield, MO. Great customer service. Trailer arrived on time and delivered promptly. Rented 13' of trailer space and packed carefully - no damage whatsoever to any furniture or boxes. Highly recommend!
This was one of the best experience I have had when it comes to moving. I have moved from a few different cites not and this company and employees made this move easy and efficient. From the first time I called to order my u-pack pod the customer service representative was very helpful. When the driver came to drop off the pod, he was very professional and on time. I had to call this company a few times because i thought i might need a second pod, the were very accommodating with adding an additional pod and gave me a good price on this. The driver came to pick up the pod and was very helpful. He even helped me pack some of my items in the pod from my apartment. I can go on and on and on but I think that everyone I dealt with i was very impressed and would recommend them to everyone who is looking for prompt, professional and friendly service. Thank you!
